Medicoimpianti Srl main activity is to import medical and scientific systems in Italy.
Over the past 12 years consulting Italian manufacturers that want to expand their international sales network is a part of the company activity based on the owner, Gianluigi Delucca, 30 years in the medical device industry.

Services provided by Medicoimpianti Srl are therefore divided in two parts.

• Sales network expansion for manufactures willing to export

We offer the following services for sales network creation and/or expansion:

1. Selection of 3-4 companies that could be interested in distributing the equipment in the selected country. We contact them in order to verify that they could be interested in the distribution and provide the name of the contact person that will wait for your call.
2. Discussion with the selected companies and choice of one. Discussion and signature of distribution agreement.
3. Management of the distributors network until an internal person can take up the responsibility.

Reason for the services: Building a sales network is time consuming and very expensive!
a) For Europe (27 countries) it takes about 3 years; 12 months more intensive with 80% of the work and 2 more years to complete the full area and repair mistakes.
b) Budget, head-cost and traveling, for the first year could be 80 to 90.000 EU. Costs are head-cost and travel expenses. Example: Work from Italy, (including office expenses, communication and traveling in Italy) in the first year it is 5.000/month. Example: traveling expenses (traveling, hotels and restaurant outside Italy) is in the range of 1.000 EU/10 million country inhabitants or 2.000EU /country as you like, but at the end it will be anything between 25.000 to 40.000EU, 70% of them in the first year. It is no less than 90 nights* 200 =18.000EU and 60 travels*300= 18.000EU
Even with a reduced target to 8 major countries, it is expected an estimated cost of EU. 8.400 (21 nights and 14 travels).
c) Since no sales is expected before a distributor is at work, the budget is rather a fix cost.
